Meet Rick
Introducing Rick Spaulding, Broker/Owner/Auctioneer of Advanced Track Real Estate LLC. A lifelong resident of Bellevue, Michigan, I bring over 30 years of experience to the table. Married to my wife Tonya for 29 years, we've raised a son, a daughter (Lexy Whitmore), and two grandchildren. After graduating from Bellevue High School in 1991, I pursued further education at Kellogg Community College and obtained my Real Estate Sales Person's License from Halloways Real Estate Institute in 1992.

My journey in real estate began alongside my father, Larry Spaulding, in 1992. Over the years, I've garnered extensive expertise, obtaining my Real Estate Broker's License in 1998. For over a decade, I thrived under my father's RE/MAX franchise until 2002, when we transitioned to our independent office, "Spaul-Ding Associates LLC." In 2010, I broadened my skill set by attending Reppert Auction School, earning a degree in auctioneering.
